I found the hotel to have a convenient location with easy access to shops and restaurants, but the service was lacking in attentiveness and friendliness. The dining experience was a mix of nice and tasty options but poorly organized. While the rooms were decent, the facilities left more to be desired.

Upon checking in, I found the room to be quite hot initially, and it smelled like it might have been a smoking room in the past. Despite that, the room, while smaller than expected for the price, was still adequate for a solo traveler like me. The hotel staff were indeed helpful, and the service was overall pleasant, although there were some issues with the room service. The location worked well for my work in south Bucharest, but it's definitely not ideal for those looking to be close to the city center. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a good variety of food but some organizational issues. The hotel facilities were decent, but not outstanding.
